What time does the event start on Friday?
Registration starts at 12:00pm EST on Friday and the event Kick-off begins at 1:30pm EST. We encourage anyone flying in to arrive either Thursday or Friday morning and plan to check out Sunday.
When is the deadline to book a room under the main hotel room block?
Is there an airport shuttle?
Yes. Free airport shuttle service is provided for all hotel guests, to and from the airport.
How far is the hotel from the airport?
The hotel is approximately 2 miles from the airport.
What is the nearest airport to the hotel?
The nearst airport is Orlando MCO airport.
Can I stay at a nearby hotel for a cheaper rate?
Will food be provided?
No. Food is not included in the ticket price but there are dining options within the hotel as well as many restaurants nearby. Break times will be given for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Will childcare be provided?
No, childcare will not be provided this year, but mature teens are welcome to attend. Optional: If you are staying overnight at the hotel, you can bring a nanny or close family member to babysit your child in the hotel room.
If live in the Orlando area, am I required to stay at the hotel in order to attend?
No, this is not a requirement. Staying at the hotel is optional. You are free to commute back and forth as desired. We'd love to see you there!
Will tickets be available to purchase once the event begins?
Yes! If you would like to bring any guests with you, tickets will be available for purchase at the registration table during the conference.
I can't come on Friday but would like to attend on Saturday. Can I get a discounted rate on my ticket?
Yes. If you are only available to come on Saturday, the ticket price will be $75 and can be purchased at the registration table. Email [email protected] for more info.
If I am unable to attend, is my ticket refundable?
Due to our contract with the hotel location, tickets are transferrable but not refundable.
