Visit to RumFish Beach Resort in St. Pete Beach Florida
Today, we’re talking about a resort located at one of the best beaches in the nation! A place as beautiful as it is paradisiacal, where you live a unique and unrepeatable experience, with spectacular food and a recreation area with zip line, paddleboarding, and much more. This was my experience at Rum Fish Beach Resort and believe me, I am extremely satisfied.
In this blog post, I will be describing the wonderful experience and atmosphere that my husband and I had the opportunity to partake in while recently celebrating our 9-year wedding anniversary.
Rum Fish Beach Resort is located on St.Pete beach, which was rated Trip Advisor's #1 Beach in the U.S IN 2021! This is just one of the interesting facts I will be providing in this blog post while also sharing the activities, prices, and everything you need to know about this amazing resort!
ROOMS:
This incredible hotel has amazing oceanfront rooms with beautiful views of the ocean. The RumFish beach rooms combine the classic Florida coastal charm, which I personally love, with modern touches that adapt to the times. They come equipped with two queen-size beds, full bathrooms, a small table where you can catch up on work or just relax.
We had a beautiful living room area that came equipped with a kitchen that includes a stove, refrigerator, and sink, ideal for cooking and storing our food during our vacation. This is a perfect meeting place if you want to come with your family to enjoy the beach or with your group of friends who want to rest, relax and enjoy a fun day.
FOOD:
Now let’s talk about the food onsite.
We decided to try the Gulfside Grill restaurant which is on the Rumfish property, located by the adult pool. The service was great and we ended up trying the quesadillas and wings which were absolutely delicious.
We decided to make a reservation at the RumFish Grill restaurant for our anniversary dinner. Truly, coming to celebrate our anniversary at this restaurant was an unforgettable experience. My husband ate some scallops that came with roasted cauliflower and I ate a filet mignon that came with a mashed potato that had an incredible flavor, Prices at this restaurant range anywhere from $15 to $50.
Another restaurant we wanted to try during our stay was Crabby Bills, my husband had the snow crab legs and I had a crab stuffed grouper that was super delicious.
The RumFish and the Gulfside Grill are not the only restaurants inside the resort. In the hotel you can also get 5 other restaurants and bars where you will have the same quality of food and attention that we received in the two we visited.
AMENITIES
But eating will not be the only thing you do in this complex, and the hotel has dozens of activities inside and outside its facilities, among which you can find retail stores to buy what you want; basketball and soccer courts; tours throughout the complex and more.
Staying at the Rumfish gives you access to the hotel located a few meters from it, called Island Grand, which has more pools, restaurants, gyms, and spas for you to relax and many more activities you can do. Both resorts have conveniently located fitness centers with a full line of exercise equipment and as a guest, you can enjoy the use of these gyms at no extra charge, as it is included in the resort's service fee.
They also have a spa. There are a variety of treatments to choose from including facial and body services and massage therapy. The coolest thing about this service is that they use totally organic products, designed to take care of your skin and regenerate the occasional blemish you may have.
PRICES:
If you are wondering about the prices, they really have very affordable and comfortable rooms. These rooms range from $250 to $800 per night and can accommodate 4 to 6 people. These prices could vary depending on the season.
I think it is really worth the price of the rooms if we consider that they are not designed for individuals but for groups of family or friends, so it would be between $65 and $200 per person depending on the rooms you choose.
Overall, I really recommend this tourist destination and I encourage you to check it out if you ever have plans to be in the St. Pete área.
