Set-up and take down team: We need some men and women who are able to assist with setting up and tearing down for the conference. This also includes packing, unpacking, and sometimes lifting and loading heavy equipment.
Decor Team: This team works to implement décor plans for Dear Daddy weekend, including some pre-event work days, set up, tear down, and helping give the venue that extra special feel. They Create an environment where people feel welcome and excited to worship together.
Greeters & Information Team: This team manages the Info Center throughout the conference. They assist with directions, lost and found general event information, and FAQs. They also manage registration, take tickets, and welcome individuals.
Tech team - Help the conference run smoothly by running computer visuals, lights, audio, and more. Team members must have had experience serving on this team prior to the conference.
Marketing team - They help with the promotion of the conference, graphic design, web design, social media coverage, videography, photography, and more.
